Who we are
Taylor Pacific is a Papua New Guinean company building the country’s own food supply. From our base in Port Moresby, we bring together farming, food manufacturing and retail so that more of what Papua New Guineans eat is grown and made at home.
Papua New Guinea imports much of its food. We are working to change that by investing in local farms, factories and stores, and by building the links between them, from the farm to the factory to the shop shelf. Along the way we create jobs, build skills and share the benefit with the communities and landowners we work with.
Today, more than 1,000 people work across our businesses. We own well-known names that families already trust, and we are growing new ventures in poultry, cattle, dairy, and land development that will matter for the country for years to come.

Agriculture
Growing more of PNG’s food at home. Our agriculture work is about producing protein and fresh food inside the country rather than importing it. We are building poultry farms, reviving a dairy, developing a large farming precinct, and starting a domestic cattle herd, all in partnership with local landowners.
Trade
Making and selling the everyday food PNG relies on. Our trade businesses are the part of Taylor Pacific that most people already know. We manufacture trusted food brands and run a supermarket group, putting PNG-made and PNG-sold products within easy reach of families.
Development
Building value that lasts, for communities and for the land. Our development work is about long term projects that protect the environment and create shared benefit with the people whose land we work on.

What We Are Building
We are investing in long-term initiatives that strengthen Papua New Guinea’s food security, protect natural resources, and create sustainable opportunities for future generations.
Growing our poultry
Expanding our poultry farms so a larger share of the chicken and eggs eaten in PNG is produced locally, with our own supply of eggs, reducing the need for imports.
Building a cattle herd
Establishing a domestic breeder herd, working with authorities in PNG and Australia on the animal health steps needed to bring quality breeding cattle into the country. Over time this supports local beef production, supplies our Ox & Palm corned beef, and reduces reliance on imported meat.
More conservation and carbon projects
Extending our forest conservation and carbon work with more landowner communities across PNG, building on the Dorobisoro program.
Community and sustainability
Taylor Pacific is built on partnership. We work hand in hand with landowners, villages and local communities, and we structure our projects so that benefit flows back to the people on the ground. As we take on struggling businesses, we protect the jobs that come with them and create new ones, and we invest in training and skills so Papua New Guineans can grow with us.
Caring for the land is part of the same story. Our Dorobisoro program protects more than 71,000 hectares of rainforest and the wildlife it supports, and we look for ways to reduce waste and use resources well across our supply chain.
